Have you ever had a New Year's resolution that you actually followed through with?
I can't remember if this was a New Year's resolution or not, but about five years ago I stopped eating MacDonalds. I haven't had a Big Mac in five years. If it was a New Year's resolution then it is probably the only one that has ever stuck!

Did you learn anything new in 2009?
Yes. I learned that when riding a horse it is important not to let the horse know how inexperienced you might be at riding horses. Sulfur and I became good friends by the end of the trek! Repeat after me "I am in control and the horse is my friend".

Any predictions for 2010?
I personally believe that....everyone in America will have the opportunity to look at a map... (if you are confused YouTube Miss South Carolina 2007!)

Looking back at 2009 is there anything you would like to do over?
NOPE. That might seem strange. Don't get me wrong, 2009 was awesome, but I am expecting and anticipating 2010 to be better than last year!

If you had a motto for this year what would it be?
Don't be a bone on your own!

Do you start a new exercise regime at the beginning of the year?
Last year I decided to swim three times a week, and it actually went pretty good. This year I am a little busier though, so I decided to scale it back to just driving by the pool!

Do you pre-buy next year's Christmas gifts at the beginning of January so that you can get them on sale?
I have never pre-bought gifts, by the time Christmas is over I am all shopped out. I could still eat a few more Jam–Jams though if you know what I mean!! Allison was meant to give me some as a small Christmas gift, but needless to say she ate them all.

What do you want more of in 2010? What are your expectations for 2010?
I want more Jam-Jams, or at least one, maybe a crumb!

Are there any specific things you want to accomplish this year? Personal goals? This year my goal is to convince Allison and Jannah not to hog all the Jam-Jams!

If you had a motto for this year what would it be?

I'm on the see-food diet, I see food and I eat it.

Do you start a new exercise regime at the beginning of the year?
Typically no. I usually just stick to the ones I know best, but this year I was introduced to a new four mile walk DVD. It's super easy to do and starts working fast!

What do you want more of in 2010?
I would like more ice fishing trips in 2010! I went on my first ice fishing trip at the beginning of January and I caught two fish! I caught a perch that was barely half a pound and the other was a bottom feeder, probably around three pounds. I always disliked winter because the only time I went outside was the time spent running to and from my car.

Did you learn anything new in 2009?
I did learn a few new things this past year. I learned that when someone sneaks up on me while playing paint-ball they will get shot three times in the neck, by accident of course. I learned that I am a decent volleyball player and should not have been cut from the grade eight B team. I learned that if I leave shoe laces visible, ribbons, string or anything else that has "string-like" material laying around, it will be eaten by my cat. I also learned that you should not attempt to set up a tent alone on a windy day, unless you plan on becoming air born and ending up in the nearest town!
