Has to be Sailor Moon!! That was the best cartoon back in the day. It was all about these teenage girls who had super powers, from different planets!! I can still remember the intro song - "fighting evil by moonlight, winning love by daylight, never running from a real fight, she is the one named sailor moon!!" Google it...
